Prices shown are for information purposes and are subject to change without notice. It is important to note that foreign exchange rates fluctuate and that prices will vary depending on the cardholder’s bank policies and the date of purchase.

Ticket prices are set in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and United States Dollars (USD).

The website shows ticket prices in both USD and MXN. Prices shown in MXN are converted from USD using the exchange rate published in the Mexican Daily Official Gazette (Diario Oficial de la Federación) by the Mexican Central Bank (Banco de México), because of that, prices shown in MXN may vary according to the daily exchange rate.

In compliance with Mexican Monetary Law, all ticket sales must be charged in MXN. Once the purchase order is placed, the financial institution will convert the price set in USD to MXN, then, before making the charge the cardholder´s bank will convert the price in MXN to local currency, according to the bank´s foreign transactions policies and local exchange rates valid at the moment of purchase.

All sales are final. If the event is postponed or cancelled due to weather or other acts beyond the event’s control, the event will make every effort to accommodate the ticket holder on a subsequent date, if held. No cancellations, exchanges or refunds will be permitted. Tickets are a personal license and may be revoked at any time for any reason. Risk of loss or theft of tickets shall pass to the purchaser; management will not be obligated to admit a purchaser unless a ticket is presented. Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to, or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who use vulgar or abusive language or who fail to comply with the rules, terms and conditions applicable to the spectators at the event. Spectators are at their own risk with respect to the dangers incidental to the event.

By presenting a ticket for admission to this event, you hereby consent to (i) the reasonable search of your person and belongings for prohibited items; (ii) the use of your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video program, photograph or other transmission or reproduction of the event for any and all purposes; and (iii) the prohibition against transmitting or aiding another in the transmission of any description, account, photograph or reproduction of any aspect of the event.

Legal Politics

MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER:

No one under the age of 18, including children accompanied by their parents, will be admitted to Festival events (with the exception of otherwise noted events). Please bring valid government-issued photo identification for proof of age.

RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, VOICE, IMAGE AND LIKENESS

By using a ticket to the Event, Holder grants Festival Organizer and its affiliates,sponsors and licensees the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to publish, print, display, record and use (by photograph, film, tape, aural devices and any other method or device) the Holder's name, voice, image and likeness while at the Festival (the "Recordings"), and use such Recordings for any and all purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter devised.

RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION OF PRODUCTS:

As responsible members of the community, Festival Organizer recognizes the concern about drinking and driving, and it's policy is to encourage responsible consumption of products at the Festival. If Holder believes that his/her driving ability may be impaired of that the Holder cannot safely operate a motor vehicle, please speak with a Festival representative who will arrange for transportation back to Holder's destination point. Festival Organizer shall have no responsibility nor liability of any kind on this regard.
